SKF Automotive Development Center
We have performed several projects for SKF on the topic of suspension systems. From complete composite suspension systems, to Topology Optimised and additive manufactured knuckles.
Several patents have been issued in the process.
Carbon Performance Ltd.
For British Start-up Carbon Performance Ltd. we developed an upright for the Lotus Elise S1. The Upright has been developed using Topology Optimisation to make use of the design freedom Additive Manufacturing give us.
With this product, Carbon Performance entered the Additive World design Challenge in 2018 and proudly achieved 2nd place.
Together with the Segula team we performed the concept development of a highly integrated in-wheel motor system for a lightweight and high-end passenger car.
Concept development including tolerance analysis, system compliance and packaging where only some of the topics addressed.
